At Certinfo INDIA, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent certification consultancy services.

Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email. Cancellation requests are subject to the stage of the project. If work has already commenced, charges for services rendered and third-party expenses will be deducted before any eligible refund is processed.

Refund Policy

  • If Certinfo INDIA is unable to complete your certification project due to reasons solely attributable to us, we will refund the consultancy fee after deducting the value of services already performed and any applicable third-party expenses.

  • Government fees, BIS fees, laboratory testing charges, inspection fees, application fees, and other statutory payments are strictly non-refundable, as these are paid to the respective authorities or service providers.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable if:

  • The certificate, licence, or registration has already been successfully issued or delivered.

  • The project is delayed, rejected, suspended, or cancelled due to incorrect information, non-compliance, non-submission of required documents, changes in government regulations, or any reason beyond the control of Certinfo INDIA.

  • Any issue, suspension, cancellation, or dispute arises after the certificate or licence has been issued by the concerned authority.

  • The client voluntarily withdraws the application after work has commenced.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
